We charge you immediately when you complete checkout. No pre-auth, no "later".

• The host instantly knows the booking is final and can plan.
• Your reservation is guaranteed — no one else can take the dates.
• Funds are escrowed straight away, not paid out.

When does the host get money?

• Rental: 24 hours after confirmed return.
• Sale: 24 hours after confirmed pickup by buyer.

Refunds

Getting a (partial) refund? Funds arrive on your original method within 2–5 business days. iDEAL is usually faster than credit card.
