Downloading invoices and receipts

Default receipt

Right after a successful payment we email you a receipt with:

• Booking reference
• Amount, VAT (if applicable), total
• Payment method + Mollie ID

Formal invoice

For a formal invoice with your name, address and VAT number:

1. Go to Settings → Billing details and fill in your address (also your VAT number for business).
2. On the booking page, click Download invoice.
3. The invoice is auto-generated as PDF.

We use self-billing on behalf of hosts — we issue the invoice on the host's behalf when they're a private individual.

Old bookings

Invoices are available for 7 years (Dutch tax retention).

VAT

Non-VAT-registered hosts invoice without VAT. Our service fee includes 21% VAT — shown separately on the invoice.
