Cookies Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-03

Campplek uses cookies and local storage strictly to make the site work (login, language preference, secure sessions). We do not sell your data, run no advertising network, and set no third-party tracking cookies.

1. Strictly necessary cookies

Required for the site to function — without them login, checkout and language selection don't work. Under the Dutch Cookie Act (article 11.7a Tw), these need no consent.

2. Analytics cookies

We currently use no analytics cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future (e.g. self-hosted Plausible or Umami), it will be listed here and only activated after your consent.

3. Marketing / tracking cookies

We set no marketing or tracking cookies. We do not share your behaviour with ad networks.

4. Third-party cookies during payment

When you pay, you are redirected to Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies (e.g. __stripe_mid for fraud detection) on their payment pages. See the Stripe cookies policy.

During iDIN verification you are redirected to your bank; your bank's cookies apply there.

5. Anti-fraud / bot protection (hCaptcha)

We use hCaptcha by Intuition Machines, Inc. to block automated abuse (bots, mass signup, spam tickets) on login, contact forms and abuse-report flows. hCaptcha loads a script from js.hcaptcha.com and sets its own cookies + local storage on that domain for behavioural analysis. That data is processed by hCaptcha — we only receive a pass/fail outcome.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) — account security. See the hCaptcha privacy policy.

6. How do I delete cookies?

In most browsers you can delete cookies via Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data. For localStorage: Devtools → Application → Storage → Clear. After deleting, you will need to log in again.

7. Questions?
