Forgot or change your password

Forgot password

1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your email.
3. We send a reset link — valid for 30 minutes.
4. Click it, pick a new password (min 10 chars).

Link missing? Check spam. Only then request a new one.

Change password (signed in)

Go to Settings → Security → Change password. You'll need your current password.

Strong password tips

• Three random words + a digit + a symbol. E.g. purple-duck-7%bike.
• Don't reuse from other sites.
• Save it in a password manager.

Enable 2FA

In Settings → Security you can enable two-step verification with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy). Highly recommended for hosts.
