Feel unsafe at a meetup? Cancel the booking. We charge no fees when you report safety concerns — including any host-imposed cancellation fee.

How to report

Send us a ticket via /contact under Safety. Describe:

1. What happened (as specific as possible).
2. When — date, time.
3. Who — the name or account.
4. Evidence — chat screenshots, optionally an audio recording (legal in NL when you're a participant).

We protect your identity

The person you're reporting cannot see that you reported them. We share only the information needed to resolve the issue — and only with the people who need to know.

No retaliation

Using reviews or accounts to threaten after a report is a serious violation and leads to immediate removal.
