How long does a refund take?

Standard flow

1. We send the refund instruction immediately when triggered (cancellation, dispute outcome, or auto deposit return).
2. Mollie processes it same or next business day.
3. Your bank posts the credit — 1–5 business days depending on method.

By method

• iDEAL: 1–3 business days (often within 24h).
• Bancontact: 1–3 business days.
• Credit card: 3–10 business days — often as a negative on your next statement.
• SEPA: 2–5 business days.

Not arrived?

• Check your credit card statement, not just your checking account.
• Wait at least 7 business days from our confirmation email.
• Then open a ticket via /contact with the booking reference and your bank statement.

How much you get back

Our confirmation email always states the exact amount before we send the instruction. Service fees are kept when you cancel, fully refunded when the host cancels.
