Change your email address

How

1. Go to Settings → Account.
2. Click Change email.
3. Enter the new address. We send a confirmation link to the new address.
4. Click the link to commit. Your old address receives a notification.

What stays the same

• Bookings, listings, reviews and password are unchanged.
• Past invoices remain accessible under the new email.

No access to the old address?

Then you can't self-serve. Open a ticket via /contact with a copy of your ID. We verify manually.

Security tip

Use an email address only you can access. Shared addresses (family@…) make your account vulnerable.
